The Effective Facilitator

Managers are only as successful as their people. Performance management is the systematic process by which managers develop their employees in order to meet organizational objectives.
Employee performance management includes:

  • Setting goals – Setting challenging and realistic expectations.
  • Writing Development Plans – Planning an employee’s development to meet expectations.
  • Providing tools/resources – Providing the tools and resources for employees to do their job.
  • Giving feedback and recognition – Employees need to know how they’re doing.

Addressing issues – How to analyze and address performance problems*.

Performance Management is a 6-hour instructor-led and interactive course for managers of people. The many individual and team activities will stimulate interest and reinforce key concepts that managers can apply right away.
