Productive Feedback

Does your organization want a culture of honest and objective feedback in which problems are confronted openly and frankly? The alternative (hidden agendas and backbiting) prevents problems from being addressed quickly and effectively. An environment of productive feedback achieves at least 3 things:

  • Information that can improve performance gets to the right people quickly
  • Problems surface before they get out of control
  • People build stronger working relationships

This course will help promote a healthy organization that stays on track by learning how to give and receive constructive feedback in respectful way.
Productive Feedback is a 4-hour interactive course for everyone in the organization. The many individual and team activities will stimulate interest and reinforce key concepts that students can apply right away.

  • Define productive feedback

  • Explain why everyone in the organization needs to be able to give and receive feedback in a spirit of respect and openness.
