Conference Team Building

If you are holding a:

  • Sales Conference
  • Annual Employee Meeting
  • Departmental Meeting
  • Large meeting of some kind

then this information is for you.
From small conferences of 30 to large conferences of thousands, we provide large, high-impact events to achieve the results you want -- engaged participants.
Our Services
We provide many different levels of service in planning your event depending upon your needs:
Breakout Sessions -- We can provide facilitated breakout sessions from 30 minutes to 4 hours with as many groups as you need. These are tailorable to your group and we have many sessions from which to choose.
Conference Kickoff -- Many times the hardest quality to achieve is the dedication and commitment from each of the participants to not simply be present, but actively participate with enthusiasm. Sounds impossible? It is not.
Conference Close -- Sending the attendees off highly motivated and ready to attack their job when they get back is extremely difficult to achieve and yet, is absolutely possible
Product Launches -- Getting participants excited about a new product at launch is extremely important. Many times, we witness a sea of negativity and questions or 'what-if's' and thinking only about how the product or service will affect each individual. Helping participants see the big picture and re-frame their what-if's into constructive comments is essential.

Change Initiatives -- In any change initiative, participants think only about how the change will affect themselves. This is human and should not be avoided. Instead, embrace the discussions about how each individual will be affected and help them frame the change in a positive way. Additionally, participants must see the 'big picture' as well. This change affects everyone. Providing an enriching experience for the participants is essential.
